When Zimmerman’s Landscaping asked if we’d like to save our food scraps for their compost, we were so pleased to be a part of it!
We’ve been composting for over a year now, and it’s something we’re really proud of! 🌱
Every week, we fill three or more 5 gallon buckets with onion peels, eggshells, green pepper scraps, sweet potato skins, coffee grounds, banana peels, and other kitchen leftovers. Instead of ending up in the trash, they’re turned into something beneficial for the earth.
We love knowing that even the little things can make a big difference, and we’re thankful to partner with a local business that’s helping make our community a little greener. 💚
