Jacked the 2nd floor of this house house up, replaced rotted sill plate and rim joist, built a shoring wall inside to support the roof, removed the entire front exterior wall due to rot and then rebuilt it safe and sound. We then framed a new front porch roof witb lots of character. What a cool space for this family to enjoy their private front yard!

26’x12’ “Sun room” in Hampton. What started as a deck is now long gone and this space is going to be an almost 320 sqft of usable year round space. Our scope of work did not include interior finishing besides a tongue n’ groove beadboard ceiling. The homeowner is going to finish this one up 💪🏼. Completed Bathroom remodel in Pine township. We moved the rear wall of the existing shower back about 12” shrinking a closet in a kids bedroom to accommodate for a full 36x36 walk in shower. Large format tile used, his and hers soap niches, glass shower door, new vent fan, vanity top, paint, raised panel custom cabinet doors, and accessories. Turned out fantastic, much better than the tiny shower they had to begin with!

Complete bathroom remodel in Shaler township. This was not your “bath fitter done in a day” bathroom. Custom tile walk in shower with an accent tile row, corner shelves, grab bars, and glass shower doors. The bathroom features include: an added vent fan piped outside through the brick, illuminated mirror, mirrored medicine cabinet, new puck lights, new toilet halfwall with grab bar and stone top, custom closet built-ins with Dutch door, and vertical shiplap wainscotting with chair rail. As for the holes in the wall/ceiling in photos, unfortunately this customer was expierencing a severe leak from roof ice damming, measures will be taken to remove and remediate moisture.

Completed porch and roof tear-off, installing a new Trex Saddle Deck with a roof over an existing basement mud room. This project presented unique challenges due to the age of the house. The renovation features Trex Company Saddle decking, Versatex Building Products PVC posts and trims, SCREENEZE screen system, Beadboard ceiling, and White and black handrail.
