✔️ Repiped and connected the customer-supplied deduct meter
✔️ Added new isolation valves for easier future servicing

Another shower repair completed! This tub spout issue required more than a simple replacement. We opened the wall, removed the existing shower cartridge to protect it during soldering, reworked the copper piping, and installed a new tub spout and cartridge. Everything is back together and leak-free. 🔧🚿

When adding to the floor in your bathroom don’t forget your toilet fl**ge!

When you stack wax you’re only stacking time until the wax ring leaks into the ceiling below.

makes a Set Rite fl**ge that ensures proper fl**ge height for any floor height.

Gotta love the builder grade drywall screws🤣👎 we replaced with longer exterior screws to ensure longevity and a solid connection between the toilet and the wax ring.

Over the holiday weekend a customer called with an unexplainable leak. This pipe has been like this for years. But during the weekend storm and some utility work at the street during the week water decided to start making its way into the basement.

We were on site within an hour and had the water stopped within 10 minutes of arrival. But we didn’t just plug the pipe and leave. We waited about 20 minutes before installing the fernco cap to make sure the hydraulic cement was doing its job. Then helped the customer contact a restoration company for further assistance.
