New Construction Plumbing

Another new construction project in the books! 🛠️🏠

We handled the plumbing from the rough-in through the details — including the domestic water system, waste and vent system, and propane piping.

We also installed the low-threshold shower bases, including the master shower with a diverter and second shower head, getting everything roughed in and ready for the next stages of construction.

There’s a lot of plumbing that never gets seen once the walls go up, but getting the layout, routing, support, and connections right at this stage is what makes for a clean, dependable system when the house is finished. New house. New plumbing. Done right from the ground up.

Port Orchard Water Heater Replacement

This Port Orchard water heater had started leaking and was due for an update.

We removed the old tank and installed a new water heater with all new connection hardware, an expansion tank, and a thermostatic mixing valve. A clean, updated installation that’s built to provide reliable hot water and better temperature control for years to come.

Sometimes the hardest part of getting a house ready to sell is making sure the DIY projects don’t create new problems. 😂

The homeowner was installing earthquake straps on the water heater when he accidentally hit a hot water line. They called us in to get the leak repaired and get everything back in working order.

Once the repair was complete, we added a nail plate to protect the new repair — because apparently we needed to make sure there wasn’t a sequel. 🤣😂

Another leak fixed, another DIY adventure safely wrapped up. 🔧💧

Phase 1 of this mobile home re-pipe is complete.

We’re re-piping the water throughout the home, and once we opened up the floor and walls, we found that one bathroom also needed the waste piping reworked. We opened everything up, installed the new water lines, and reworked the bathroom drainage so everything is properly routed and supported.

There’s still more to come on this one. Phase 2 will include setting the low-threshold shower pan and completing the plumbing for the water heater.

For now, the rough plumbing is in and ready for the next phase. 🔧

Out of sight, but one of the most important parts of the project.

For this installation, we excavated and installed a black water holding tank along with a Flo-Well drainage system. We then trenched and installed all of the underground piping before grading everything back to leave the site clean and ready for the next phase.

Underground work isn’t flashy, but it’s the foundation of a reliable plumbing system. Taking the time to install it correctly the first time helps prevent costly problems down the road.

Bathroom remodels are about so much more than what you see after the tile goes in.

For this project we:
🔧 Replaced the existing deck-mounted soaker tub valve with a new floor-mounted tub filler.
🔧 Relocated the tub drain from a traditional waste & overflow to a freestanding tub drain.
🔧 Installed a new Delta shower valve with an integrated diverter on the opposite side of the wall.
🔧 Relocated the shower P-trap to match the new layout.

A lot of planning and precision happens before the finished fixtures ever get installed. Getting the rough plumbing right is what makes the final product look clean, function properly, and last for years to come.

We’re looking forward to seeing this one once the tile and fixtures are in!

Sometimes the biggest problems are hiding underground. 👀💧

This water main on Herron Island had definitely seen better days. Years of corrosion had taken their toll, and it was only a matter of time before it failed completely.

After carefully exposing the line, we removed the deteriorated section and installed a new water service with a full-port ball valve for a reliable shutoff and easier maintenance down the road. Clean, dependable, and built to last.

Whether it’s a small leak or a failing water main, we’re committed to doing the job right the first time.

This bathroom got a complete plumbing refresh starting with removing the old tub, opening the floor to update the drain, and replacing the outdated shower valve with a new moen. We also installed a new tub to give the homeowner a reliable system that’s built to last.

This bathroom remodel included installing a new bathtub, relocating the lavatory plumbing to better fit the new layout, and adding a dedicated water line for an ice maker.

A lot of the work that goes into a remodel is hidden behind the walls, but that’s where quality matters most. Taking the time to properly reroute water lines, ensure everything is secure, and leave the next trade with a clean installation makes all the difference.
