We do 2 day install on our garage floor coatings. We believe an extra day is necessary for moisture barrier and improved adhesion of the epoxy. With our weather here in WA, moisture is a big factor. So we want that extra time to make sure it is done right.

Smart client called us to clean and seal the waterproof deck we did for them 8 years ago. Proper maintenance is the key to keeping your home from damage and costly repairs.

We will pressure wash your deck or concrete prior to priming. We will then apply our prime acrylic topcoat which is water based, chemical resistant and UV resistant. Once topcoat is applied, next is applying the water based color stain product. Standard colors are available and color can be blended to create custom colors. The last step is applying the polyurethane sealer for easy clean up, gloss retention and excellent abrasion resistance.
