✅ Are cracks and concrete repairs included? Surprises shouldn't show up after you've signed the contract.
✅ What does the warranty really cover? A warranty is only as good as the company standing behind it.
✅ Are you licensed and insured? Know who you're hiring and who's accountable when something goes wrong.
