RTI Sealant Specialist, INC, started with a young Vernon Taraba, who brought his family and company (Vern Taraba Inc) out to Arizona from Chicago back in the early 1960's. Vern was literally one of the first joint sealant companies to really pursue and understand the concept behind sealing each joint and what it took to properly keep the weather elements from intruding a building. Working side by

side with his dad in the field, Ron Taraba understood the importance of quality workmanship, hard work, and building relationships with his customers. In the early 1990's Ron took over management of Vern Taraba Inc, managing the company for almost a decade. In 2000, Ron Taraba started RTI Sealant Specialist Inc, diversifying the company to not only joint sealants and expansion joint system, but also servicing the waterproofing, fire stopping, and traffic coating scopes. Today, RTI Sealants continues to be a trusted advisor to the General Contracting industry here in Arizona and has excelled in excellence in customer service, integrity, and exceeding our customers' expectations. It is the goal of each RTI employee to continue the tradition of excellence that has made our company the best in the business.
