Happy Friday!

At HomeField, we believe there’s a difference between following the rules and living the standard.

Rules create compliance.
Standards create culture.

Our team doesn’t just show up to check a box. We show up to serve our customers, support one another, and leave every job better than we found it. That’s what being part of HomeField means.

We’re proud of the people who wear our logo because they choose to hold themselves to a higher standard, even when no one is watching.

Here’s to another week of doing things the HomeField way.

Rooted. Relentless. Honest.

💪 Motivation Monday: Earn Your Tiger Stripes

Around here, we joke about earning your “tiger stripes.”

Those aren’t paint marks.

They’re sweat.

When it’s 110°+ outside and you’ve been digging, pumping, repairing, troubleshooting, and taking care of customers all day, the sweat mixes with the dirt and leaves its mark.

Those stripes represent:
✔️ Hard work.
✔️ Pride in your craft.
✔️ Showing up when it isn’t easy.
✔️ Taking care of our customers no matter how hot it gets.

Justin snapped this after one of those long Arizona days and simply said…

“Earned my tiger stripes this week.”

We couldn’t think of a better reminder of what HomeField is all about.

To every technician, installer, operator, and teammate out there putting in the work day after day…

We see you.

We’re proud of you.

Keep earning those stripes. 🐅💪

Throwback Thursday 😂

For some reason… everything was a two-person job that day.

Carrying the hose? Two people.
Filling out paperwork? Also two people.

Completely unnecessary? Absolutely.
Still got the job done? Of course.

This is what it looks like when you’ve got a team that works hard, backs each other up, and somehow has a good time doing it.

We’ll take that kind of energy on every job.

This is what happens when grease trap maintenance gets pushed too far.

That thick, compacted buildup isn’t just sitting there. It’s restricting flow, increasing the risk of backups, and putting stress on your entire system.

Routine grease trap pumping keeps things moving, prevents costly issues, and keeps your kitchen operating the way it should.

It might not look pretty… but this is exactly why regular service matters.

A septic backup can be overwhelming, especially when you’re new to it and don’t know what to expect. That’s why having the right team matters.

We were able to respond quickly, get everything back on track, and most importantly, help the homeowner understand their system so they feel confident moving forward. It’s not just about fixing the issue, it’s about making sure it doesn’t happen again.

From Twyla answering the first call to boots on the ground in the field, this is what we mean when we say we’ve got your back.

The standard you walk past is the standard you accept.

That applies to everything. The work. The team. The details no one else sees.

At HomeField, we don’t ignore problems, cut corners, or hope things work out. We address it, fix it, and hold the line on what’s acceptable every single time. Because the moment you let something slide, it becomes the new normal.

Standards aren’t talked about. They’re enforced.

That’s how you build a team. That’s how you build a company. That’s how you build something that actually lasts.

When it comes to ADEQ septic inspections in the East Valley, experience matters.

A proper inspection goes beyond checking a box. It’s a full evaluation of your system’s condition, including tank integrity, flow, and components that can impact a property sale or long-term performance.

At HomeField East Valley, we know what to look for and how to guide you through the process with clarity so you can move forward with confidence.

Your go-to team for ADEQ septic inspections in the East Valley.

Tree roots don’t just grow near your septic system. They grow into it.

Roots naturally seek out moisture, which makes septic lines, seepage pits, and drainfields the perfect target. Once inside, they can clog perforated pipes, restrict flow, and quickly lead to backups or system failure.

Root intrusion is one of the fastest ways a septic system can go from working fine to major repair.

If you have trees near your system, routine inspections and maintenance can catch issues early before they spread underground.

Most system failures don’t happen overnight. The signs are there.

Whether it’s a septic tank or a grease trap, slow drains, odors, backups, and poor flow are all early warning signs that something isn’t working the way it should. Ignoring them is what turns a simple service call into a major repair.

At HomeField, we help homeowners and business owners catch issues early, restore proper flow, and keep systems operating long term.
