If your garden is feeling a little dreary from all this rain and cold bring in some outstanding winter color and beauty with this purple lilac vine, Hardenbergia violacea. It can be used for screening with its dense evergreen leaves and also makes a lovely ground cover! A LADiva favorite with its cascading petite purple flower clusters and our zone 9 cold tolerance (typically not suffering any frost damage). In stores now, if you miss it you will likely be waiting till next spring as they can be tough to find when not in bloom... run, don’t walk! You can thank me later 😉
