Progress continues at the 𝗠𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼𝗽 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁, and the vision for this remodel is becoming clearer with each phase.

Since our last update, rough framing is complete, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC have been reworked, sheetrock is up, and the project is moving into the finish stages. One of the biggest changes is the creation of a more private primary suite, complete with a new bathroom, walk-in closet, and bedroom layout designed to flow together.

The details are all being planned around comfort, function, and long-term enjoyment, including smart storage solutions, heated tile floors, a curb-less shower entry, floating fixtures, and a custom closet system.

We’re looking forward to seeing the final finishes come together and sharing more from this remodel soon!
