We’re growing!

GSM Paving is looking ahead to the 2027 season, and with another busy year on the horizon, we’re looking to add to our crew.

We’re looking for someone who is hardworking, dependable, and interested in being part of a small, family-owned company.

Applicants must have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and valid DOT medical card. A CDL Class A is strongly preferred. Previous paving, construction, or equipment experience is a plus.

We offer competitive pay based on experience and qualifications.

This recent driveway was a big project that took plenty of helping hands from our hardworking crew to bring it all together.
