Well the day is finally here! Connor is a third year apprentice! Which means he can start running some of our service calls solo! Most of you know Connor already. He’s been with me for awhile now. He started as a laborer and then started his apprenticeship. I’ve seen him go from asking a question about everything to piping in entire water distribution systems solo. He’s very capable and will do great running his own calls.

Hopefully by having this we can start to take on our service world again. Thank you to everyone who still calls and waits, even when we are weeks out. Even if we couldn’t help or make it, thank you for giving us that opportunity. 🙏🏻

No days off! It gets overwhelming working all the hours we do. But it’s honestly a blessing. There were nights that I struggled to fall asleep worrying if we would have enough work. Now we can’t even begin to keep up with the jobs. We are so thankful for all the support and the opportunities we have been given by our local communities. We can’t thank you all enough ❤️

We are in need of a journeyman plumber. We are a small mom and pop shop that isn’t trying to hire “salesmen”. We do everything from new construction to faucet repairs. Company truck and tools provided.
No weekends, no “on call”, just Monday through Friday, 7am-3pm. Pay starts at $40 an hour but can go up based on experience.

This wye came from under a garage floor. Thats a six inch by four inch wye! Most homes have four inch to the city main. Some of these roots were 1/2” thick and we pulled out a BUNCH. The best drain cleaning equipment in the world couldn’t have cleared this blockage. Sometimes you just have to dig it up and fix it to face the next 100+ years of turd herding.

As many of you already know, we hired the newest future plumber to Watson Plumbing Co. Unfortunately he is extremely demanding and requires a LOT of naps. With that being said, we will not be scheduling calls for the remainder of this month. We will resume business as normal at the start of the new year. Thank you so much for your overwhelming support and patience. So many of our customers have been willing to wait for us and have been so understanding with our scheduling during this time. It means the world to us. ❤️

Today marks two years in business for Watson Plumbing Co. I never imagined that in two short years we would be where we are now. We have made mistakes, we have made friends, we have made very little money 😂 but I’ll be honest, I wouldn’t change a thing. I can’t thank my beautiful wife Alexandra Watson enough. She’s encouraged me every step of the way. When I said I’m leaving a great job to chase a dream, she never doubted me, even when I was unsure how this would all play out. Between her and the small rural communities that have recommended us to friends and family, left good reviews, continued to wait weeks for us to come help them, I truly can’t thank you enough. I’m humbled and beyond thankful. ❤️

We got the opportunity to tie a couple houses onto the new sewer main in Staunton. The customers were currently on septic systems. We had to pump the old tanks down, haul off the lids, backfill the tanks with sand, then run the sewers to the new main and tie on. Shout out to Bill Ranger & Sons Excavating and Trucking Inc. for killing it and making it look easy. These guys make my life MUCH easier. Two new sewers and two more happy customers.
