This year marks 50 years of Welch Construction and 3 generations. There have been some very tough years and lots of great years. My sisters and I stepped in 21 years ago after my Dad got sick. We have blazed our own path in the oilfields of Wyoming. Good thing stubborn must be a Welch trait. 😉 Give me some fun ideas on something we should do to celebrate!

The ideal candidate would be someone with oilfield experience running a crew and equipment such as backhoes and skidsteers, and occasionally some seeding equipment like a tractor. Things are really picking up and if you like to get hours in this may be the job for you. There are some long days and weekends to meet the demands of the oilfield.

We have been full steam ahead trying to wrap up projects before winter decides to show up. Last week we did 128’ of just cattle guards. Thanks to Miller Welding for keeping them in front of us. We have been installing cattle guards like crazy. Working with Dan Hart has kept us running all over the country. We love it.
