We love a job where the whole family gets hired.
I guess you can really say it’s in our blood.
We got to do the cattle guards and culverts and the seeding. Then Chelsey’s husband Lane and his partner Kean with Double E fencing built the location fence. They put down Western Sunsets rock which is Katie Stone and Danny Stone. Pretty neat to see it all together.

It was a crazy busy week last week. We shook things up and helped Dan Hart Patrol on the Ross road project installing RCP culvert. It was a big change from your typical oilfield road. Engineered plans and grades. Digging grade was the easy part.

This year marks 50 years of Welch Construction and 3 generations. There have been some very tough years and lots of great years. My sisters and I stepped in 21 years ago after my Dad got sick. We have blazed our own path in the oilfields of Wyoming. Good thing stubborn must be a Welch trait. 😉 Give me some fun ideas on something we should do to celebrate!

💥Welch Construction LLC is on the hunt for a new Roustabout Foreman💥
The ideal candidate would be someone with oilfield experience running a crew and equipment such as backhoes and skidsteers, and occasionally some seeding equipment like a tractor. Things are really picking up and if you like to get hours in this may be the job for you. There are some long days and weekends to meet the demands of the oilfield.
We offer benefits such as insurance and more. Pay will be DOE.
