Hauled 250+ ton of sand in to backfill patio areas etc on the Villa Way project last week. Was busy keeping up with trucks!

Most builders still use corrugated sock pipe and call it good. We don’t.

Here’s how we do it right:
1️⃣ Rigid pipe, not corrugated — won’t crush or collapse over time. No low points from being on a roll
2️⃣ Clean drain rock surrounding the pipe for real drainage capacity
3️⃣ Filter fabric wrapped around it all to keep silt from clogging the system

It costs more and takes longer. But it’s the difference between a dry and wet when wet seasons come.

This is the kind of detail you don’t see once the dirt’s backfilled — but that doesn’t mean we cut corners.
