Old homes always seem to hide all the surprises! 👀🏚️

From covered-up windows 🪟 to some areas having insulation while others had none at all, this Rhodes home definitely kept things interesting 😅

We added blown-in insulation, which is a great way to fill gaps and hard-to-reach spaces - especially in older homes 🏠✨ That means better comfort, improved energy efficiency, and one more step toward making this home perform the way it should 💨👌

A big thank you to Cline Spray Foam for helping us with this project 🙌 We truly appreciate the continued support, teamwork, and working relationship 🤝💙

Sometimes the biggest upgrades are the ones you can't even see! 👏🔨

Storm damage is stressful enough without having to figure it all out on your own. 🌪️

Our focus is making sure our customers are taken care of first - helping remove trees from homes and properties, securing the area, and preventing any additional damage whenever possible. 🌳🏠

From there, we are here to help document the damage with photos and estimates so homeowners have what they need when working with insurance. 📸📋

First and foremost, it's about protecting the customer, protecting the home, and being there when it matters most. 💪

Happy Father's Day to all the amazing dads out there! 💙

Today we're celebrating the fathers, grandfathers, stepdads, and father figures who lead by example, work hard for their families, and help shape the next generation with strength, patience, and love.

A special Happy Father's Day to Matt, the leader of our group. Your hard work, guidance, and dedication do not go unnoticed. The way you lead, provide, and show up for both your family and your team says a lot about the kind of man you are. We are grateful for the example you set every day, both on and off the jobsite. 💪

From all of us at Gannaway Construction, we hope all the dads out there have a day filled with family, laughter, and well-deserved appreciation. 🛠️

A trip to Okoboji for work? Of course! 😎

This Milford home had more shingles in the yard than on the roof when we arrived! The wind was taking off every loose shingle it could find 🌬️ One big reason was improper ventilation, which caused the shingles to loosen and fail.

Our crew showed up and got this home taken care of in just 1 day 💪 We installed ridge vent plus an additional roof vent to make sure this large home now has the proper ventilation it needs.

The homeowners now have a brand new Class 3 GAF Timberline HDZ roof backed by the Golden Pledge Warranty for extra peace of mind ✅🏠

Plus, peep the little helpers learning about tough work before an afternoon of play! 👀💙

A huge shout out to Jeremy Adkins, Jason Blackford and everyone at Top Notch Tree Service for your help today. 🌲

We know you went hard all day long and were exhausted, but when you got the call to help, you showed up without hesitation!!

When contractors work together instead of tear each other down, our community is so much stronger!
