Crazy Big leak at a local Grade School… 2-1/2” Schedule 40 PVC… just blew the 90 apart for no reason. Made a big mess, but had the water back on in about 4hrs.

Freshly remodeled home in the hills on the outskirts of Morgan Hill. Cool project. Probably the nicest mechanical room I have ever seen. Accessible from inside or outside the house, great lighting and epoxy floors.

Two high efficiency, high output water heaters side by side. Each serves a part of the house with its own recirculating system. Each is more than sufficient to supply all 7 bathrooms. Units are "yoked" together and capable of "backing up" the other one if the need arises.

They are being supplied filtered and softened water of course. 😊

Typical Friday afternoon "Hot Potato " as we call them. Big house in the ultra high rent district of San Martin. Catastrophic water main failure due to massive roots around water meter. A party planned for 4:00 PM.

3 fixed points to connect, everything "racked" and at "bastard" angles...all in the area of a 5-gallon bucket. No problem for Paul Hart Jr., just another day at the office.

Water turned back on at 3:59 😊.

You have learned your lessons well Grasshopper. 👌

Any haters want to talk smack about this just save it.
