We’ve been on a roll with wood shakes this year! Finished this house up earlier this week. Installed these 3/4” treated shakes over a 72 # Cap Sheet as well as 30 # felt underlayment to obtain a class A fire rated roof system. I love putting these roofs on knowing that my grandpa and great grandpa installed so many of these over the last 50+ years!

Finished our San Francisco Apartment project today. Installed new CertainTeed Self Adhering Flintlastic Cap sheet to this building. Flat roofs aren’t beautiful to most people but this one came out beautiful compared to how it looked a week ago!

Just completed this house for my good buddy
We went with CertainTeed Presidential Charcoal Black and at the last second decided to throw in a section of 16” Standing Seam Metal to add some more style to this roof! This dude is one-of-a-kind and glad to call him my friend! 👌
