Garrett family home transformed through time, from studs to stunner

When it was time for Chad and Michaela Garrett and their two children Cash and Merrick to find a house with a little more room, the pieces fell into place to move in to Chad’s grandparent’s home in Aurora.

“It was my grandma and grandpa’s, which they bought it in 1981,” Chad recalled. “My grandma decided that she wanted to downsize and she offered it if we wanted to purchase it. I just wanted somewhere the kids could be a little more free to ride their bikes and play.”
