1st seal on a newer driveway. We coated the entire length of both edges with hot crack-fill to seal up some minor edge cracking and then applied 2 coats of sealer per request of the homeowner. This driveway turned out amazing! 🤩

We knocked out this quality parking lot repair last week at a retail plaza. This crumbling mess was a tripping hazard and would only get worse if left untouched. We cut around the affected areas, removed the damaged asphalt, and laid fresh asphalt. After compacting, sealing tape was installed around the perimeter to keep water out.

This customer was concerned about ruts in front of their garage. We were able to saw-cut and excavate the damaged, sinking sections of blacktop and bring those areas back up to level. This is one example of how we can provide an economical repair to extend the life of an aging driveway. These folks won't have any more issues for years to come. After the repairs were done, we filled all of the cracks with SealMaster hot crack sealant and applied a thick coating of SealMaster asphalt sealer.

The best part? The repair work and sealing only cost the homeowner a small fraction of what a brand new driveway would cost, saving them over $10,000.

Happy Spring everyone! The weather is warming up and the 2026 sealcoating season is right around the corner. Lakeview Local Schools – Capital Improvement Update

This summer, we finalized several major Capital Improvement projects that continue to enhance our facilities for students, staff, and the community. Pantalone Paving won the bid for parking lot sealing, and they are completing their work at Lakeview High School this week.

Thanks to Permanent Improvement Levy funding, the following projects were successfully completed:

Rooftop Units replaced for the Art Room, Band Room, and Kitchen at LHS

Parking lot sealing at both the K-8 building and LHS

New gym painted, along with technical upgrades and repairs

Media Center floor replaced and refinished at LHS

Stadium painting completed

Two new buses purchased to upgrade our aging fleet

All of these improvements were accomplished within the Permanent Improvement budget and helped us stay on schedule with our 5-Year Facility Plan.
