Just wanted to post some updates of the flip house we are doing through Bahler Homes LLC. Here are some side by side comparisons of the master bathroom. Still waiting on trim but we think it looks pretty good!

Laborers help with construction projects. Tasks involve everything from cleaning and getting tools to learning new skills! The schedule is normally Monday through Thursday with the occasional Friday. Days are normally 6-8 hours depending on job.

New house, new stairs! This client was in need of new custom stairs for her new home. We built these stairs to help Jan and her 4 legged friend get in and out of their house. We were super happy to see Roxy was able to get in and out with out the use of a ramp!

The Before and After of another successful water damage repair. This client gave us a call to repair their ceiling after it started cracking. The client stated they had previously had a roof leak that cause the damage but had it repaired. During demolition we discovered that there was still a leak and reached out to our subcontractor to build up the roof to prevent this from happening again. We cleaned all of the visible mold out of the ceiling and let dry. We then sprayed a healthy coating of mold inhibitor on the area and replaced the insulation. We then replaced the Sheetrock and finished it off with a knock down texture and paint. The client is happy and the ceiling looks great!
