Due to the numerous inquiries I have received from homeowners regarding damaged sprinkler systems during pool installations, TX Mile Services LLC is now offering pre-pool consultations. Over 100 individuals have contacted me within the past few years, incurring costly repairs and, in some cases, requiring entire backyard system replacements. A licensed irrigator, such as myself, can provide crucial information on valve locations, cut and cap them as necessary, and address other lines within the proposed pool area. Following pool installation, lines can be reconnected, and repairs completed in significantly less time and at a lower cost. This service also applies to new driveway and fence installations that may compromise irrigation systems. 14-year-old valves! An upgrade was long overdue!

Replacement of a double check backflow assembly was completed. Additionally, a shut-off valve was installed. A comprehensive system retrofit was performed, replacing the device, controller, and seven zone valves, only one of which was operational upon arrival. As a result, this client now has a fully functional system with new components. The only remaining upgrade is the heads, which are currently functional and were therefore left intact. As always, all work performed by TX Mile Services LLC is backed by a lifetime labor warranty. Victory is ours! We dug up, replaced that wonky 5-valve manifold and controller, and even found and fixed a sneaky leak in the zone - all in a day's work for Mike Vazquez

Hello and goodbye to this old 5-valve manifold! Engineers with a hydraulics background are like the MacGyvers of self-installed systems, but their methods aren't exactly standard practice. I proposed replacing the manifold, and the client gave us free rein since two valves were failing and one was stuck closed. We ran out of time today, but tomorrow we're replacing the faulty controller and burying the boxes. More updates coming soon from Mike Vazquez License #25413
