Here are some pictures of the recently completed job. We began with four stud walls and finished with completed walls and a newly installed half bathroom in the garage. Check out the pictures below showcasing the tongue and groove softwood, cut 80 years ago, that had lain dormant for 50 years before being transformed into tongue and groove 30 years ago! To top it off the owner had us use a door that came out of a court house from 1887!

Here’s some pictures of a job we finished up last week. This was stretched out over a month for proper curing of the material. We started by cleaning and cement and tapping with Karnak 19, the 2ply smooth BUR roof. Then let it cure for 14 days. We then applied a layer of Karnak 220 fibered emulsion. We then allowed it another 14 days to cure and finally applied a coat of Karnak 298 non fibered aluminum coating. This process comes with a 10 year warranty. The existing roof was 37 years old. This process can be redone in another 8-10 years and provide another warranty. If you need to repair your roof to prolong its life, give us a call today (906) 280-0627.

Here’s a little 2 layer shingle tear off we did last week. We tore it off, refastened the deck, installed a row of ice and water shield, new synthetic underlayment and 26 gauge edging, starter shingles, Owens Corning Duration Shingles with lifetime warranty, OC Pro Edge cap shingles. Here’s a few pictures of this bathroom remodel one crew of ours recently finished. We gutted it to the studs. We re wired, plumbed , new drywall and tile. Added new lights, bathroom fan, toilet and vanity, tile and shower doors . Turned out beautiful.
