Here’s a job we finished last week. We re flashed the skylight, installed a 16 ga cleat and new 24 ga edge metal. We did this job for Hall Contracting in Marquette. Check out the pictures, it turned out great!

We've had a brief period of inactivity on here, yet we have been working diligently 6-7 days a week. Here's a recently completed 34 square house project from last week. The scope included a full tear-off to the deck, installation of new ice & water shield and synthetic felt, removal of roof vents, and incorporation of all new flashings, edging, vents, Owens Corning Duration Shingles, Ridge Vent, and Pro Edge hip and ridge cap. This roof features a lifetime warranty on materials and our personal 10-year warranty on labor.

Here’s a few pictures of a job we completed today. We did a complete tear off to the deck. Installed a new layer of 1/2” cdx. Installed a new .090 EPDM Fully Adhered Roof system. Fabricated new 24 ga edging, edge metal , flashings and new 24 ga metal metal shingles. The edge metal and metal shingles are a new color this year. The roof has a warranty for 30 years covering materials and labor. Take a look at the workmanship and you can see what makes us the Upper Peninsula’s Premier Roofing Company. Here are some pictures of the recently completed job. We began with four stud walls and finished with completed walls and a newly installed half bathroom in the garage. Check out the pictures below showcasing the tongue and groove softwood, cut 80 years ago, that had lain dormant for 50 years before being transformed into tongue and groove 30 years ago! To top it off the owner had us use a door that came out of a court house from 1887!
