Congratulations to our September Employee of the Month, Mallory! 👏

Mallory is someone our team can count on. Whether she’s helping solve a problem, supporting a coworker, or jumping in wherever she’s needed, she brings a lot of care and dedication to everything she does.

It’s been especially exciting to see Mallory continue to grow as a leader and take FED’s events and ribbon cuttings to the next level. There are a lot of moving pieces behind each one, and Mallory puts in the time, thought, and effort to make sure our customers feel valued, our team is prepared, and FED is represented well.

More exterior progress in Kalkaska! Siding is officially complete, with just a few areas of caulking left to finish up.

The existing Fick & Sons sign has also been installed on the new building, bringing a familiar piece of their previous space into the new facility.

Laura is excited to welcome Audrey back to the FED team! Audrey previously joined us as a high school work-study student and is now transitioning into an internship as she begins college. We’re happy to have her back and excited to see her continue to support FED!

Out in the field, James is taking the time to train a new employee on purlins, sharing his knowledge and helping the next member of our crew learn the ropes.

From welcoming back familiar faces to training new ones, it’s a WIN when our team continues to learn, grow, and invest in each other. 💪

A great day on the course at The Dream for the Forward Corporation Golf Outing! ⛳

More than a day of golf, this outing benefits the Forward Corporation Fund, administered by the Bay Area Community Foundation, helping support children and families throughout our local region.

Forward Corporation does an incredible job organizing this event and making the purpose behind it a priority. FED was proud to participate, connect with past customers, and learn even more about the values that drive Forward beyond the services they provide.

We’ve enjoyed working with the Forward team, including building their Grayling location, and look forward to continuing that relationship in the future!

A great day celebrating the official ribbon cutting of the new Stoops Freightliner - Western Star & Stoops Trailers facility in Grayling! 🎉

We’re incredibly proud of this project, but even more proud of the relationships built along the way. It was great connecting with the Stoops team, partners, and community members who came out to celebrate.

There’s nothing better than seeing a project come together and knowing our customer is happy with the finished space. Thank you to everyone who helped bring this one to life!
