Building stronger relationships and driving meaningful change in our industry!

FED’s Vice President, Jeremy Dicken, recently traveled to Charleston, South Carolina, for the Chief Builders Advisory Council meeting.

This council brings together 10 builders selected by Chief Buildings to represent the voices of builders across the industry. Meeting twice a year with Chief’s leadership team, members share what’s working, identify opportunities for improvement, and collaborate on ways to strengthen processes and better serve builders.

Jeremy is the first non-owner to be selected for the council and was recently chosen to serve as Vice Chairman! An incredible accomplishment and a reflection of the knowledge, leadership, and experience he brings to the table.

What makes this council so valuable is Chief’s commitment to listening and taking action. Feedback doesn’t just stay in the meeting room. It leads to real improvements and meaningful changes.

We’re proud to have Jeremy representing FED, taking on this leadership role, and helping shape the future of an industry we’re passionate about! 👏🏻
