This has been the coldest week yet this winter season and with the possibility of a major snowstorm coming, here are a couple helpful reminders:
-Keep a clear walking path to your generator
-Maintain 3’ clearance minimum at the front, sides and vents of your generator clear
-Maintain 3' clearance in front of your electrical meter, panels and transfer switch (exterior or interior)
Maintaining proper air flow will enable the generator to operate safely and reduce the chance of failures should you lose power or when the generator exercises. These areas also allow our technicians proper and safe access in case your generator or electrical system fails when you need it, we do NOT remove snow nor subject our technicians to hazardous conditions.
PRIORITY REPONSE is reserved for our maintenance contract customers in the event of major power outages in the order they contact us. As soon as it is safe for our technicians to be on the roads we will respond to your outage.
CALL US AT 860-659-0537 (Ext 250 after-hours/emergency) for priority service as well as all your electrical needs! (Note: Connecticut customers only)
