Please join us in welcoming the newest additions to the DCP team.

As DCP’s newly minted Client Solutions Executive, Matson comes to us with more than 35 years in the construction industry. With a background as a mechanical contractor to MEP intensive projects and design-builds, Matson brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise that will be invaluable as we continue to grow and expand our business.

In this role, Matson will be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing clients as well as developing relationships with potential new clients. He will work closely with the Get Work Team to identify new opportunities, cultivate relationships, and drive strategic initiatives that align with our company's objectives.

In his spare time, Matson enjoys fishing (currently trying to learn to surf fish if anyone has any pointers) and a good round of golf.

Joining DCP as the Marketing Strategist, Jessica brings a wealth of experience and expertise in marketing strategy, with a proven track record of success in commercial construction, specifically state and federally funded pursuits. Having successfully led the proposal efforts for a broad array of project types (historical, higher education, healthcare, geotechnical, environmental remediation, etc.) for both a regional and nationwide firm, we are excited to have someone of her caliber join our team.

In her role, Jessica will be responsible for outlining strategies that will enhance DCP’s brand visibility through content development (proposals, photography, white papers, social media, etc.) and community engagement. She will collaborate closely with the Get Work Team to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, engagement, and ultimately, contribute to our company's growth objectives.

Outside of work, Jessica is an enthusiastic DIYer with somewhere in the neighborhood of 452 ongoing projects. Send help…😊

Checking in on the progress of our Sentara Community Care Center project! 💚

· Last week we set two 8.5-ton roof top units and a 3-ton roof top unit, as well as the outdoor unit for the 1-ton split system.
· Framing of the nurses' station soffit has commenced now that we have drywall hung and finished.
· Drywall installation continues; here we see a fire-rated wall in the main corridor.

In getting to know more about Tim, we discovered some fascinating aspects of his life outside of work - read some of Tim's responses to our questions below!

⭐ Take on anything that is challenging!

⭐ Building of the pyramids.

⭐ Make it through the year in better health than I’m in now.

⭐ Several vacation plans: Isle of Palms w/grandkids, two golf trips, a week in Hilton Head, numerous trips to our house at the beach.
8. What is your favorite part of working at DCP?
⭐ Love the people. Young, energetic, open to new ideas, willing to invest in the future, striving for excellence.
