Look when I posted this. In the beginning of last year, I also posted about the blizzards.
I’m not a weatherman. I’m a weather predictor. Last year was a leaf season like I haven’t seen in 10 to 12 years. Where most of the leaves fell at once mid November they have been falling in sections for the prior decade. This year I warned people about the rains and the possible crazy whether we might have. All I have to say is be prepared.
Last year when we had a crazy wind storm and a little bit of rain for a half hour. A handful of my customers on Clinton who had their tree work done had minor damage. The seven other houses on Clinton had rough damage. The important thing was they listen to me about Tree work. Just be prepared in case it comes.

I say get your trees trimmed if needed

Record breaking temps and storms coming

He finally got sprinklers. Monday I did all of the hedges and tree pruning. Then scalped the lawn at 2 inches. Thatched all the dead debris
Then cut the lawn at 1.75.
Tuesday
 I did overlapping aeration and applied 25 pounds of sun and shade with 25 pounds of fertilizer. I also applied 5 yards of soil and then applied 25 pounds of fertilizer and 30 pounds of seed. I will post the results in 20 days.

The garden did good this year. We really do not grow a lot of tomatos. Our neighbors grow them. We have spinach and peas starting now for our fall crop also.

Patience is perfection.
This customer wanted a thicker and healthier privet hedge. I told her we have to chop it in half to rejuvenate the hedge but this will take two years. Two winters ago I chopped this hedge in half and took off 8 feet.
The results were amazing from a 50% thin and see-through Hedge that was weak , to a perfect 100% healthy, beautiful privacy Hedge. In the beginning of last year, I fertilized it really heavy with organic healthy start fertilizer and mulched it with organic mulch. The results are amazing.!!
