Our bees are never exposed to pesticides or herbicides, and we rely only on oxalic acid — a naturally occurring treatment — to keep them healthy. With more than 30 hives, we’re proud to share raw honey, beeswax, and bee pollen with our neighbors throughout the valley. Beyond the bees, we love gardening and preserving our harvest each year. Our property is also home to many fruit trees, all grown w
ithout chemicals. In 2019, we expanded into small woodworking with the purchase of a sawmill, allowing us to transform locally harvested hardwoods such as walnut, cherry, oak, maple, and knotty pine. Because the wood requires years of drying, every finished piece is truly a product of patience and care. Today, we craft cheese slicers, serving trays, charcuterie boards, noodle boards, book trees, small tables, and other one-of-a-kind creations. To finish most pieces, we use our own beeswax in a handmade wood butter that nourishes and protects the wood naturally. From hive to mill, everything we do is rooted in a love for the land and a dedication to local, sustainable living. For us, it’s about more than honey and wood. It’s about living close to the land, working with our hands, and sharing life’s simple, good things with our community.
