I built these steps a few years ago and a couple weeks ago I installed a new interior door along with a new screen door. Today I installed 2 new custom fabricated aluminum TIG welded and powder coated railings.

Just some stairs to the education wing at John Heinz National Wildlife Refuge. The old stairs were in need of replacement. I added extra steel bracket at the landing to relieve some stress at the bottom. I modified the original post construction design by milling some new lumber the original dimensions so that the hand rails and metal panels could be reused. Weather is getting nice so they will be heavily tested in the next few weeks. Go check them out!!!

Another laundry room make over. Removed old hanging cabinets and counter top. Installed these cabinets and counter. Patched a few holes in the sheetrock and painted the room 2 toned. Painted all the trim and doors.

The fountains at Ridley Creek State Park Mansion. Getting a full over haul!!!Prepped and poured a new top coat on the floor to stop external water. Prepped and filed cracks in walls. Applied water barrier coating to new floor. Installed all new plumbing for auto fill along with electrical sub panel at location and conduit for fountain pumps and circulatory nozzles. Final touches include a black paint on floor, walls & fountain plumbing. More pictures to come after completed.
