Despite the epic delay, the situation remains stuck in neutral. The defendant continues to game the system by hitting the snooze button on the trial, consistently hiring new lawyers to delay the proceedings, because why rush, right? Notably, it's come to our attention that he's allegedly breaking the rules by wielding a plunger and calling himself a plumber, despite being strictly amateur hour. He persistently drives around in a vehicle hawking Jacoby Plumbing and partners up with Karl, the plumbing kingpin. These never-ending delays are a joke and undermine the justice system's credibility; nonetheless, we're still committed to seeing justice served with a side of accountability.

Court was interesting today. Jacoby’s attorney said he has paid the restitution in full but the DA had a shocked look and kept rummaging through papers. So now it’s pushed again, until December at which time he has to prove he paid in full. At that time they then push to February for the trial.

Make it make sense?

A new date and time for the trial that keeps getting pushed back. This is for the felony and misdemeanor charges against Adam Jacoby for allegedly doing what so many of us had been saying he was doing for years.

October 8th at the York county courthouse, 1:30. Look for the case on the video screen or ask. No one has any hope this will actually happen as it’s an opinion it will be pushed off again as seems to happen every time he gets a new attorney.

The story on Adam Jacoby will not be airing tonight on Fox 43 due to another news topic bumping it and also the fact that Adam was in court, yet again, today for felony charges. They need to update the story to reflect today’s results.
The two sets of most recent charges that were filed are still working their way through the system and we assume will be added in to the main filing that he is allowed to continue to delay every time he gets a new attorney, and or new charges are added, or so it appears to be, considering this has been pushed for how long now as he racks up more charges but is allowed out on bail?

This is all verifiable via the UJS portal.

We were told Fox 43 will be airing another story on Adam Jacoby and Jacoby Plumbing and the additional victims and charges, Monday at 10 pm. This time he refused to speak to the reporter , outside the courtroom,
and rushed off to get into his new white jeep to get away from the media crew.
He will also be in court again, for other felonies this Monday.

We have word that there is a new case but that is only gossip and if it is within the State Police jurisdiction we already know it will vanish. There are still no answers as to why the State Police have not acted on multiple victims cases through the past few years.

With the DA now heading this, we hope they can encourage the State Police to act on these cases.

I hope you pulled a permit for those ditches you and your little yellow machine are digging at 8:30 pm behind your apartment. Or is that why you are doing it this late at night? Maybe your landlord already pulled the permits. Guess we will find out.
The joys of living on a main road and having allegedly lied and scammed so many residents in the community.

More charges for Jacoby….. why is he allowed to be out on the streets still??? When will be be out in jail to safeguard this community? Can the DA step up and do SOMETHING to stop him?

I received a tip that he is banned from working on homes in York Township and residents were told to call the police if he is seen doing work there. He was sent a letter . This is strictly a rumor and could be false. Does anyone know anything about this or how to find out if it is indeed true?

May 5th at 2pm at York county courthouse Adam Jacoby of Jacoby plumbing is set to appear and finally face justice for all the scams he pulled on so many local people. I will pray he does not get another continuation due to another new attorney. How does he keep affording all these new attorneys and why does he keep getting new ones anyways? If you are a victim of Adam Jacoby please come to the courthouse on Monday at 2 pm.
