From a shut-off gas tag to a fully functioning backyard oasis! 🔥🌴✨

When Southwest Gas tags a line for a safety leak, it stops outdoor plans in their tracks. Our crew stepped in on this Phoenix property to handle the entire repair from city permitting all the way to final inspection.

Here’s what went into getting this outdoor setup running safely:
✔️ Excavated and replaced 8 underground gas risers
✔️ Installed individual shut-off valves for each fixture plus a master shut-off at the meter
✔️ Put the system under pressure testing to guarantee the line was 100% leak-free and code-compliant
✔️ Installed all 8 copper gas tiki torches and safely restored gas service

Everything passed city inspection with flying colors, and these torches are burning clean and looking incredible around the patio and pool!

Whether you’re dealing with a tagged gas meter, need leak diagnostics, or want outdoor gas features installed safely, AZ Family Plumbing has you covered across the Valley. 🤝

Take a look at what was hiding beneath the kitchen floor!

🛑 When a commercial grease trap completely rots out, it leads to massive backups, slow drains, and major operational headaches for a busy kitchen.

Our team stepped in to handle the heavy lifting:

🔨 Concrete Access: We safely broke through the floor to access, cut out, and remove the failing, corroded old unit.

🔄 Upgraded System: We installed a durable, brand-new heavy-duty plastic grease trap designed to handle maximum kitchen flow! 📈🌊

🐍 Sewer Line Snaking: To ensure the entire system runs like brand new, we snaked the main sewer line to clear out years of heavy buildup on the outlet side of the drain.

🏗️ Clean Finish: We verified the new trap was perfectly level, concreted it securely back into place, ran full flow tests through the three-compartment sink, and verified everything is 100% leak-free! 🧼👍

From deep commercial plumbing overhauls to expert restaurant drain solutions, AZ Family Plumbing keeps Valley businesses moving smoothly! 🦅

🛑 “Why can’t you just give me a ballpark plumbing guess over the phone?” ⚾

Hey AZ Family! We get this question all the time (usually while our fluffy office assistant here is ‘supervising’ the trucks)! And as the voice on the other end of the line, I completely understand why you want a quote fast.
But here is the real, honest truth about why over-the-phone estimates just aren’t fair to you:

📱 The Issue with Guesses: Every home and every plumbing job is unique. A simple drip might be a $2 part, or it might be a cracked pipe requiring excavation. If I guess too high, you overpay. If I guess too low, we have to increase the price later, which feels dishonest (and we only do honest work here).

🏡 The Real Solution (What we DO): We believe you deserve a 100% accurate, personalized quote. To do that, The Team needs to put actual boots on the ground and see the specific situation. That is why we provide FREE, NO-OBLIGATION estimates on every job. We don’t guess 😊we assess!

We know your time is valuable. Let us send an expert out (the human kind, not the furry kind!) to give you a quote you can trust, backed by our family promise.

🤢💨 Stubborn Sewer Clogs? Blast Them Away with Hydro-Jetting!

If your home’s drains are constantly backing up, a standard drain snake might only be punching a temporary hole through the mess. When grease, tree roots, and years of sludge take over your main sewer line, you need a heavy-duty solution! 🛑📉

🌊 What is Hydro-Jetting?

Think of it as a pressure washer for the inside of your plumbing! Our team uses specialized equipment to blast high-pressure water through your sewer lines, clearing out 100% of the debris and restoring the pipes to like-new condition. 💥🚰

🚨 Signs Your Main Sewer Line Needs Help:

•Multiple drains backing up at the same time (like the shower and toilet) 🚽🧻

•Constant gurgling sounds coming from your sinks or toilets 🗣️

•Foul sewer odors inside or around your property 👃❌

•Water backing up into the tub when you run the washing machine 🧼

Don’t wait for a stressful, messy sewer backup to flood your home! Our family team is equipped with the latest hydro-jetting technology to clear your lines safely, quickly, and honestly. 🤝💯

🏢💧 Commercial Drain Cleaning in Phoenix!

Residential homes aren’t the only places that need expert plumbing care😊commercial buildings run into tricky drain issues all the time! Our team recently headed out to a local office building in Phoenix to solve a clogged drinking fountain drain line. 🚫🥤

🛠️ What the Job Required:

•Creating Access: We cut in a brand-new, accessible ABS pipe cleanout behind the access panel right under the upstairs drinking fountain. 🪚🪛

•Clearing the Clog: Our technician got to work snaking the line directly from the new cleanout, successfully breaking through the blockage and fully restoring the water flow! 🐍💨

•Advanced Inspection: After clearing the line, we used our specialized camera to evaluate the interior condition of the old pipe. 🔍🎥

•An Honest Evaluation: We discovered that the existing cast iron line is flaking and in rough condition. Instead of pushing for an immediate, expensive replacement, we gave the client an honest recommendation to monitor it, suggesting professional pipe descaling and hydro-jetting down the road if it ever backs up again! 🤝💯

🚰 Water is Back On!
Before packing up the truck, we verified everything was cycling smoothly and turned the water right back on to both drinking fountains. Clean, flowing water is officially restored for the office! 💧🎉

Whether you manage a commercial office building, a local retail space, or just need your home’s drains cleared, our family team is here to provide honest, reliable service every time.

🚨 From a Basement Plumbing Disaster to a Shiny Fix! 🚨

If your home has a basement bathroom or a laundry room, you likely have a hard-working piece of equipment below your floors keeping everything moving: a sewage ejector pump! 🏡💨 But when they get old, rusty, and worn-out, they become a major flooding nightmare just waiting to happen. 🛑

Our family team was recently called out to replace a failing basement system that was on its absolute last legs. We jumped right into action to give this homeowner total peace of mind! 🛠️💪

🧰 How We Saved the Day:
•Out with the Old: We safely removed and hauled away the heavily rusted, failing old pump. 🗑️👋

•The Heavy-Duty Upgrade:
Installed a brand-new, powerful 1/2 HP Zoeller sewage ejector pump😃built for ultimate reliability and heavy workloads! 🦖⚡

•Extra Protection: Added a new float switch and an advanced alarm pack system to give the homeowner an early warning long before backups can ever happen. 🚨🔔

•Odor & Moisture Seal: Put down a heavy-duty new basin lid with fresh bolts, sealing everything tight with premium silicone to lock out any nasty sewer gases! 🔒🧼

🚿 Tested for Perfection!

Before our tech packed up the truck, we ran water straight into the basement lines to fill the basin and watched that new Zoeller pump eject flawlessly 4 times in a row! We checked every single inch for leaks, and it passed with flying colors! 💧🏆🎉

Don't wait until you find out the hard way that your pump has given out. If your basement system is making strange clunking noises, running non-stop, or is just getting old, let our family team take a look before an emergency happens! ⛈️👇

🔧 Sewer Replacement 🏠Peoria, AZ

We got called out to a Peoria home for a sewer backup. After trying to clear the line with a sewer
machine, we brought in the hydro jetter 😁 then ran the camera and found the real problem: a tree root had grown straight into the sewer line, cracking the pipe and causing the whole system to back up.

We broke through the concrete slab inside the bedroom, hand dug 4 feet down, and excavated the front yard about 4.5 feet to access the line. We replaced the damaged section using trenchless technology, connected both ends with new fittings, and reinstalled the dual sweep cleanouts.

This is exactly why we always run a camera after clearing a blockage 😁 sometimes the problem goes deeper than a clog. 🎥
If your drains are slow or backing up, don’t wait until it becomes a bigger problem. Call AZ Family Plumbing today.
