This project consisted of the complete demolition and interior build-out of a 6,000-square-foot Urgent Care facility. The scope included the construction of specialized medical spaces, including an X-ray room, physical therapy gym, two procedure rooms, and a laboratory along with the supporting mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems required for healthcare operations.

To meet the project’s accelerated schedule, extended work hours and strategic trade coordination were implemented throughout construction. Through proactive scheduling and efficient field ex*****on, the project was successfully completed on time, delivering a fully operational healthcare facility ready for occupancy.

Banner Desert Hybrid OR | 1,266 SF | Mesa, AZ

This project involved a full renovation of a Hybrid Operating Room at Banner Desert, including demolition of existing systems and reconstruction to support advanced surgical and imaging equipment. The rebuild added new structural supports, a redesigned ceiling with upgraded HVAC and lighting systems, reconfigured shielded walls, and an expanded equipment room with improved environmental controls. Additional upgrades included new flooring, medical gas relocation, enhanced electrical and data systems, and installation of specialized cabinetry to complete the modernized OR suite.
