Our Residential Division builds large custom home slabs with structural retaining wall footings and concrete cast in place walls. Another day doing what we love.

Today we're pouring the front entry deck on a 4-story structure before moving on to the larger deck behind it. Standing up there, looking down at all that rebar and concrete, I can't help but wonder if any of my guys are afraid of heights!

One thing I love about this industry is that no two days are ever the same. Different projects, different challenges, different places-but always a great team making it happen. That's what keeps it exciting.

This week our crew is replacing a structural slab-on-deck at the National
Gypsum manufacturing facility. Working nearly four stories high, we're demolishing the existing slab, installing #6 rebar at 8" on center, and preparing for a new structural concrete placement.

Every project brings different challenges, environments, and risks-and that's what makes this work exciting.
