What we spent last week working on, an intense panel changeout along with the corresponding addition/remodel work. Rewired kitchen, dining and family areas along with a bunch of new goodies- LED lighting, cans, ceiling fans and fixtures. The Cunningham project is a wrap with a new meter set and everything powered up!

Another jam packed week for the guys at Murray Electric. We did a fixture package for a large custom remodel- for reference Rich hung all 30 of the wall sconces style while the Brad and Colin put up 11 high end hanging chandeliers, 5 ceiling fans and 5 bathroom lights. When I say jam packed week I mean it. We also did about 20 other fixtures at another home- pictures coming next week when we finalize the project.

The first couple of pictures feature a custom small project we took on for a great homeowner we have worked with. We took down an existing sconce and installed/retrofitted the new address sign/light. No project too small for us, as we love making ideas come to life especially for the customers like this!

Last couple of weeks were spent wrapping up and change orders to existing projects but we also got a couple of motors installed- an above ground whirlpool bath circuit masterfully piped in by Brad Smith and a heavy duty shower steamer. Next week we wrap up a large home in Phoenix and start another great custom home in Cave Creek. We love what we do!

Final touches on this gorgeous garage/guest house in Ancala this week. This project had some extras that really panned out- like clock style outlets in the upper section of the garage for all those awesome neon signs.

We did this cool Ramada this week, along with continuing a large custom home in Scottsdale. Shoutout to Brad for his pristine pipe work on this one.

Been a minute, but very excited to continue to show our work!

This week we hung a new service for a custom home that will be ready for rough in by the end of the year. We also did a cool patio addition that included new recessed lights, ceiling fan, 2 heaters, and additional circuits to accommodate a patio cooler or any other additional equipment the owner might decide on later.

Where the crew has been mostly camped the last two weeks! We love doing a large well equipped custom home! The pictures show a few different stages from our processes. First we put all the items in place i.e. can lights, switches, outlets and panels. Next we drill out the entire house for access for the wires, followed by a step we know our builders love- a deep clean removing debris from each chase and the entire floor of the home. Now that the wires are mostly all in place, we will finish stapling it all off and “make it up” next week! Last slide shows one of my personal best “fishes” of a wire bundle over 10 trusses. How many trusses could you fish by hand?

Locked and ready to load for an early as possible start on a special project we are doing this week and next in Black Canyon City. Stay tuned as we update you on our roof top electrical refurbish. We had to make sure the guys are well taken care of, as 85% of this project takes place on a flat roof with nothing but sun exposure. Check out the provisions we went with-what would be your most needed item for a hot day like that?

We are getting back at it with the weekly updates with a couple of great projects from this week.

First up was an addition to an existing residence with an extended garage, game room, laundry, bath and large patio. We love when homeowners put in cool aspects like the large patio bar and ample lighting throughout the entire project. Now we wait for a Siemens sub panel, but also have prepped for if the shipping delays further to allow the project to still proceed.

We also ended the week with a long time clients personal home remodel. Congrats to them for an upgrade to the entire home’s lighting system. New flat wafer lights throughout the home, LED feature lighting in the kitchen under counter and at the island, and an underrated value of doing remodels-an interconnected hardwired smoke detector system. Caught Brad Smith working on that hallway smoke detector for the photo opp 😆

Really excited to start sharing these types of transformational jobs. This kitchen remodel in Scottsdale was a fun job. These allow us to get creative with problem solving and the relocation of wires. Doing those tasks, plus adding can lighting throughout is going to turn this kitchen and living area into a great space.
