We’re a growing HVAC company based in Glendale, serving Los Angeles and nearby areas. We’re hiring our first in-home sales closer for residential replacements and installs.
What you’ll do
• Run 20–25 pre-qualified appointments/month (we book them, you close them)
• Present 3-option proposals (Floor/Target/Premium)
• Sell $12,000–$20,000+ replacement/install jobs
• Track pipeline and follow-ups in ServiceTitan
Compensation
• $4,000/month draw (non-recoverable first 90 days)
• 8%–15% commission on Gross Profit (not revenue)
• Add-on spiffs: $30–$150 each
