If you have a aging adult in your life, and there are avoiding the necessary conversations ….this is a good place to start.

Nobody plans for the in-between years of aging.

They plan for retirement.
They plan for the end.
They do not plan for the stretch where the house stops working, care gets harder, and the family suddenly has to make decisions nobody wanted to make.
