Position Description: Maintenance Crew Member
Position Requirements
Maintenance crew members work under the direction of a Supervisor and / or Foreman to service client properties on a recurring basis. This work includes, but is not limited to, pruning, mulching, clean-ups, weekly turf cutting, and planting maintenance. Successful candidates should be physically prepared to work for at least 10 hours per workday outside utilizing both ride-on equipment and hand-held equipment.
4 Day Scheduled Work Week!!
Our regular hours for maintenance are 4 days, each 10 hours long for a total of 40 hours. We regularly work overtime in the spring and have recurring overtime opportunities supporting other aspects of our business throughout the season.
Compensation: The Maintenance Crew Member position is a seasonal full-time hourly position with competitive pay rates.
