Can’t say enough about tech support and warranty. This is a 10KW standby generator (discontinued). The stator failed and because they no longer make the part, they are replacing the entire unit with a bigger 13KW. Their warranty is undeniably the best in the standby generator world.

Finished phase 1 of this generator installation. We rewired the service to accommodate a 400 amp disconnect and transfer switch. Parallel run conduit and setting a Cummins 80kw generator next in phase 2.
