Construction is continuing at Sepviva Lofts.

Bartram Village is moving forward, inside and out!

Our lobby has a new look!!

We recently updated our lobby walls with photos of completed projects along with renderings of projects that are coming soon. It's a great way to showcase where we've been and what's ahead.

Each project reflects the work of our team, our clients, and our partners. We look forward to seeing these upcoming projects come to life and adding them to our walls in the future.

We’re excited to share that Domus has been awarded the Rudolph Walton School redevelopment project in Strawberry Mansion!

This project continues our partnership with HELP Development Corp. and CICADA Architecture/Planning, Inc., and we’re grateful for the opportunity to work together again.

The historic school will be transformed into 50 affordable apartments for seniors 55 and older, giving new purpose to a building that has been vacant for more than 20 years. The project will preserve the history of the school while creating housing that will serve the community for years to come.
We look forward to getting started and sharing progress along the way.

The $34 million project will repurpose the historic property through a partnership with the Philadelphia Housing Authority.

Things are coming together as work continues on this 51-unit affordable housing development. Every stage brings us one step closer to creating new homes that will have a lasting impact on the community.

North Park Avenue is continuing to take shape!

More progress has been made as construction moves forward, and we're excited to share another look at the project. This four-story building will provide 45 efficiency apartments along with spaces that support residents and the community.

Domus is beginning early start work at Frankford TOD project!

This project at Bridge and Pratt Streets will bring a supermarket, a city health center, and 114 housing units to the community. Located at the last stop of the Market-Frankford Line, the project will help expand access to housing and everyday services.
