Alan Scott oven, my first and favorite Masonry project.

Some details...
-Limestone foundation and face pulled from the customers land
-Custom milled cherry posts and maple cutting boards
-All cedar rafters and cedar shakes
-2" Skamol panels around 6" poured concrete to protect cedar shakes and help oven retain heat longer
-One piece bluestone hearth from nearby quarry
-Standing seam roof
-Custom bluestone feet to keep cherry posts off the concrete and prevent rot
-Custom door with antler handles
-Built with love for a lifelong baker who recently retired his psychiatric practice
