One of the saddest pitching mounds we’ve ever come across is now back in the game. We removed more than 18 inches of overgrown sod and organic buildup from the mound radius, rebuilt the table, reshaped the mound, and gave this Legion field a pitching surface it can be proud of again. The worn area in front of the mound is still there, and that’s because this is only phase one—we’ll be back this fall to renovate the entire grass infield, regrade the surface, and continue bringing this field back to its former glory.
We love working in small Midwestern towns. The people are down to earth, take pride in their facilities, and truly appreciate improvements made one project at a time. Sure, flashy drone footage and polished marketing videos are great, but we’re a small company focused on putting our time and energy into the work itself and earning our reputation the old-fashioned way.
The best part? In communities like this, the impact is immediate. Within an hour of starting Thursday morning, the local newspaper had a photographer on site taking photos and videos. We’re grateful for the trust these communities place in us and proud to help keep their ballfields moving in the right direction. ⚾️💪
