This incredible shot taken by our Air Attack Platform really captured the collaborative work of all of the resources that responded to Saturday's 25.3-acre Fisher Fire located in Roseburg, OR.

Thankfully, DFPA's 40+ years of flying, contracted helicopter pilot from Marble Mountain, did an amazing job at knocking down the forward spread of the fire and saving homes from destruction. From the close proximity of multiple water sources and being part of our auto-response system, aviation played a critical role in everyone's valiant efforts.

Defensible space (0-200ft) and at the minimum, focusing on removing fuels within the Hazardous Ignition Zone (HIZ) or 0-3 ft, from the perimeter of structures are important steps that you can take to protect your home from wildfires.

Together, we can continue to Keep Oregon Green.

With everything dried out its time to get some rock on them driveways or them excavation projects taken care of that can't been done when it's wet. Give me a call.

🔥 Fire Season Begins Friday. Don't wait until it's too late. Have an area you need brush cleaned up and piled or hauled away? My 14,000lb excavator is a great size machine with plenty of reach to make brush piling easy.
