Just finished this master bathroom transformation. We turned a small 1/2 bath into a roomy full bath with a walk-in closet. The customer already had the idea of what they wanted when they called. Well the party has started and now we have a muddy mess. Only found a couple wires and a couple water lines that were a bit out of the way from where we thought they should be 😬. Easy fix though, luckily they were going to the dock that is not currently in use at this time of year.  The footer inspection passed today and we have the concrete truck lined up for Monday 10 AM. We can only go up from here!

Start of 2025. A lot of site prep work just to get started on this addition. After a few days of getting the site ready, we are finally ready to start the footer and foundation on Monday. I removed all the bushes down the addition side of the house and planted them down the side of a ditch so that after the addition is done, we can replant them accordingly

Last and i do believe the only inside job of 2024!! Removed a load bearing wall to open up the kitchen and living room area. Brinks Electric handled the wiring and adding a few recessed lights with a last minute call. He is the best electrician around if anyone is wondering. Got it done just in time for the Holidays. Merry Christmas 🎄

EzBreeze windows were installed on the existing deck, following removal of outdated wood rails, screen system, and door....

EzBreeze windows were installed on the existing deck, following removal of outdated wood rails, screen system, and door. PVC was then installed on the exterior of the posts to create a level and square opening for the windows. Completion of the project involved installing a new storm door with a 🐶 door, which was selected and picked up by the customer.
