Haven't posted here in a while, I picked up a new hobby. But I'm still working with my plants. I finally got my blackberries in the ground and still have almost 40 left. I'll be reporting into 3 gallon pots for next year.
I built a trellis for the blackberries, 70 feet long to accommodate 14 plants. In all, it cost under $100 to build. I sunk 2X4's into the ground 10 feet apart, used some eye screws, and ran 17 gauge galvanized electric fence wire through them. It should last at least 10 years. Airline cable was 68¢/foot and I used over 600 feet. The electric fence wire was less than $35 for a 1/4 mile (1,320 feet) and had a breaking strength of 170 lb, much more than the airline cable.
As for my new hobby, it's in the last pic. Hope everyone had a successful growing year, and I'll have more plants next year since I did not finish out my yard yet.

The rain let up early enough to finish up tonight. Here's a sneak preview, I'll be putting out a sign sometime tomorrow afternoon.
Tomato, pepper, a few eggplant, Malabar spinach, and a couple herbs. Take anything you can use, pay whatever you want if you want. Place cash in the can screwed to the railing. If possible bring the planters back, I'll have a container to put them in.
Please note the following:
**This only applies to the plants on the table next to the road, nothing else. Other plants may be for sale, text me at 757-715-8952 for info on those if interested.
**Pull in between the table and the fence, please don't block the neighbors driveway.
**Be respectful of my property, don't trample my flower garden, and don't wander down the driveway.
**You will want to bring your own trays or other means of carrying multiple plants.
**The address is 6846 Ark road, about a 100 yards from the intersection of Ark and Hickory Fork.
**All sales final (if you choose to pay), as is where is, while they last, no holds.

If anyone is still looking for herb or veggie starter plants, I still have some. They'll be placed at the end of my driveway soon, possibly tomorrow, and will be take all you can use, pay whatever you want, if anything. I'll post pics, a list, and address once the plants are out there.
I will also be posting pics of my garden soon now that it's growing. Not to sell anything, just to show off a bit. Hope y'all don't mind.

The Rootbound redneck will be at the chicken swap at the Gloucester TSC tomorrow with plants for sale. Rather, Mrs. Redneck will be there with one of the rootings who may have some handmade clay figurines to sell.

Again, there may be more that I'm forgetting, and also Mrs. Redneck will be leaving at noon due to previously made plans, so get there early.
