Annual walk arounds are a great way to catch any issues before they turn into a bigger problem. Even grabbing an umbrella and heading out for a few minutes in the rain can help you easily spot splashback areas, leaking gutters, insufficient overhangs etc.

Maintenance Wash on this cabin today. Regular washing can be an over looked part of a log homes Maintenance routine. Regular washing can extend the life of the stain, its also a good opportunity to take a close look at the home to stay ahead of any potential issues such as backsplash areas, woodpecker damage, leaking/ clogged gutters etc , it is much easier and cost effective to fix a small issue before it turns into a large project.
