One of our returning customers at a local cemetery recently reached out to us about a rotted and deteriorated water main pit door on their property. They were looking for a replacement that would match the existing structure while providing years of reliable service.

We knew exactly who to call. We teamed up with Braydon Laflamme at B Laflamme Welding and Fabrication to fabricate and install a custom-built replacement door, and the finished product came out outstanding. The new door matches the existing setup perfectly and is built to last.

A huge thank you to Braydon for his craftsmanship and attention to detail. We highly recommend him for any fabrication or mobile welding projects you may have.

Some great customers of ours in Goffstown recently decided to convert their property into a rental and wanted to give the yard a complete refresh before putting it on the market.

Our crew removed the existing lawn, installed fresh topsoil, and hydroseeded the entire property to create a healthy, lush new lawn. We also added crushed stone around the backside of the pool for a clean, low-maintenance finish.

Along the sidewalk, we constructed a small retaining wall to enclose an area where an old rock wall had deteriorated and become home to a bee colony. The new wall provides a cleaner appearance, improved functionality, and a much safer space.

The property is now looking great and ready for its next tenants!

One of our great commercial clients needed this tree removed to make room for new signage for the businesses in their building. We safely removed the tree piece by piece utilizing a lift to ensure the job was completed efficiently and safely.

Once the tree was down, we ground the stumps below soil grade and hauled away all debris, leaving the area clean and ready for the next phase of the project. We’ll be back to install a fresh mulch bed once the new signage is in place!

One of our valued customers at a local cemetery reached out to us for help replacing an old, deteriorated concrete patio surrounding several monuments. This project involved removing the existing patio, excavating around two newly installed monuments, and creating a brand-new concrete patio to tie everything together seamlessly.

We demolished and removed the old concrete, completed all excavation and site prep, poured the new concrete patio around the monuments, and finished the project by backfilling with loam and hydroseeding the surrounding area.

For this project, a customer in Goffstown reached out to us looking to refresh their mulch beds with a new selection of shrubs and flowers they had picked out.

We sourced all of the plants locally, cleaned up and redefined the bed edges, and finished the project with fresh premium mulch to give the landscape a clean, updated look.

We’ve been busy lately and haven’t had the chance to share some of our recent projects. Here’s a front yard overhaul we recently completed for a customer in Bedford.

After a large number of trees were removed from the property, the yard was left needing significant cleanup and grading work. We came in, cleaned up the area, brought in fill and fresh topsoil to properly regrade the yard, planted a few new shrubs to help refresh the landscape, and finished the project with hydroseeding to establish a healthy new lawn.

We’ll be completing more projects at this property in the future, and we’re looking forward to sharing the progress along the way.

When one of our premier property management company’s calls us, informing us that one of their contractors has fallen through and they urgently need assistance to complete a project for an occupancy permit for a new business in one of their buildings, we promptly respond. This long walkway had a new double door added at its end to accommodate an ADA entrance. The grade of the walkway had to be significantly raised to align with the doorway and meet the requirements of the ADA entrance. We removed the existing pavement, raised a catch basin, brought in base material, and prepared the site for the paving company. A customer got in touch with us to tidy up their property for a quick spring clean before listing it for sale. They also asked us to spruce up the mulch beds and take out some concrete steps that were too cracked to fix, so their contractor could build a small deck with stairs. No project too big or too small, we can handle them all!
