Completed all tile work in guest bath #2. Tile install in master bathroom. Electrical work continues throughout house. Third bathroom, plumbing work, kerdi wall purchase and install. Frame in niche and new backing for future handicap fixture. Touch ups on master bedroom after water damage repair. Two Guest bedrooms cleaned and cleared and ready for carpet. Open up ceiling in kitchen for new light pendant, reframe and put back drywall. See less

Countertops Installed. Other bathroom tiled and grouted. Pics for that on Monday. Progress on master bathroom shower. Next is last bathroom Kerdi Wall System first.

Continue tile work in guest bath. Kerdi Wall System in Master bathroom completed and ready to set tile. Schluter to be installed. Kitchen Saltillo tile installed grouted. Water damage outside niche/dining area to be assessed and addressed. Demo stucco and new framing, new sheeting, flashing, deck resin, fiberglass, Styrofoam sheet, stucco wire, stucco patch.

Continue Kerdi Wall installation in master bath. Installing tile in 2nd guest bath. Completed water damage in master bedroom. Repairs ready to paint in bedroom. ……Irrigation expanded to existing plants in front of home.. Kerdi Floor installation.

Continue Kurdi Wall installation in master bath. Setup for tile install in guest bath. Light sanding and Touch up paint in kitchen area & around sliding glass doors. Continue water damage work on exterior stucco outside of master bedroom walls. Small 1inch to 3 inch river rock being placed in all washes on front of home and north side of home……Irrigation leak detected and repaired.

Determine leaks in master bathroom from exterior . Repair stucco on exterior of master bathroom. Finish all wall repairs for cabinet install for kitchen, master bathroom, 3 guest bathrooms, bar, and laundry area. Completed stucco repair, touch up paint. Cabinet install, kitchen, laundry, bar , three bathrooms, master bathroom. Repair leak in master bedroom. Install Kurdi Board tile backing in guest bedroom. Additional stucco repairs…Plane framing in master bath shower for Kerdi Wall install. Cabinet Install in kitchen, all bathrooms, laundry and bar area.

Completed tile install including niche in northeast guest bathroom. Grout all. Final tile work pics coming on 07 13 2026. One of three other bathrooms. Master bathroom and other areas , final drywall repairs, PVA sealer, paint all. . Tractor work with river rock and continue finish scupper drainage. Spread all of decorative rock on north east side of home…Redo passive water drainage at front of home with new river rock.

Wall repairs done behind continued electrician work. Laundry room drywall repairs finished up and painting is completed. Master bath removal of bullnose in and around shower area….Install with corner edge for Schluter trim install. Tractor work with river rock and finish scupper drainage. North end of front yard continue rerock, bordered by river rock. Tile work coming to completion in north guest bathroom near master bedroom and bath.
