Very intense design/build project in Auburn
Total project including extensive pool remodel, large attached pavilion and landscape for front and rear backyard took a total of 4 months start to complete (about 90 days for attached pavilion)

Extensive removal of existing yard and a new free form pool and spa w raised wall and water feature spillways, bbq ent cntr and a fire pit gathering spot!

My original training involved hand drawings, color renderings and perspective details.
Computer assisted design “CAD” has created a radical advantage in time savings, accuracy and far more dynamic presentations. Lastly CAD is very effective in conveying construction details.
