Hello Everyone,
Jim had told some people he hoped to retire, and now they think we are closed! We are not closed! We are working on a couple of bathrooms, a laundry room and a kitchen right now. If you haven't seen our website in a while, hop on over and take a look!

Hello everyone, Many of you will remember Mike Kosek, one of our wonderful carpenters! His wife, Jody is experiencing major medical difficulties, causing mounting medical bills and making it impossible for Mike to work because he needs to care for her. Days 27-31: The trusses arrived, and now the garage also has a roof! Isn't this house looking great? I think it looks like it was always supposed to be this way. The exterior is almost complete, but there's still a lot to do on the inside.

Days 23-26: Ceiling joists are attached to new beam and house siding is mostly completed. The rest will be completed after the trusses arrive and the garage roof is built.

Days 20 - 22: A lot has happened - the front porch roof is built, the house roof is ready for shingles, the new front window is installed, the front door has moved from the old front to the new front of the house, the new beam is installed, and the plumbing is roughed in!
