Meet Sandy Frey, Accounting Manager – Minnesota Office

Sandy has been a valued part of the Giertsen team for 20 years, bringing positivity, dedication, and plenty of heart to the workplace every day. She says the best part of her career is the coworkers she’s met along the way; people she now considers close friends.

One of Sandy’s greatest accomplishments is beating cancer and using her experience to help others on their own journey. Outside of work, she’s most proud of her family, celebrating 41 years of marriage, three successful children, and now her role as “Nana” and “Papa” to five grandchildren.

Sandy loves to travel; her favorite places are Poipu Beach in Hawaii and North Padre Island, Texas. This year she is going to attempt Disney World with her daughter's family of 5.

Meet Blaze 🐱🖤

This is Rachel’s cat, Blaze, a 14-pound tuxedo cat with a giant personality and a talent for causing chaos.

Blaze loves beef sticks, drinking straight from the sink, sleeping on your pillow, and parkouring off his owners at all hours of the night. He’s constantly talking back, ignores the word “no,” and somehow always ends up on the counter for the 15th time.

He’s also known for stealing a piece of chocolate cake and once opening a vanity drawer that locked his owner in the shower for over an hour 😹

Mischievous, dramatic, and endlessly entertaining , Blaze definitely keeps life interesting!
