Keyprime Roofing and Remodeling is looking for a skilled and capable Residential Construction Field Service and Repair Technician to join our growing team! As a Repair Technician, you would be responsible for taking on tasks and completing exterior remodeling projects such as roofing, siding, windows, and gutter repairs along with job site deliveries and pick ups.

The ideal candidate for this position must have experience in the residential construction industry (mainly exterior work). This individual will work closely with a Project Manager to take-on repair orders, deliver materials, perform Sheetmetal work, and other tasks as directed by Production.

The Repair/Sheetmetal Technician must have excellent communication and customer service skills, demonstrated leadership ability, reliable reporting standards, effective time management skills, and a thorough understanding of relevant construction processes and procedures.

REQUIRED:

At least one year of construction experience

Valid driver’s license with good driving record

Good physical condition and endurance

Ability to lift heavy objects and work outdoors in all weather conditions

Ability to use Smart phone and Computer

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Material deliveries

Trailer towing

Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Ability to read and interpret blueprints/plans

Ability to climb roofs

Ability to use construction tools

Ability to do repairs

Availability to work weekends (if needed)

COMPENSATION:

Salary Plus Piecemeal Work

5 days PTO during the season + 15 days PTO off season
